Welcome to the website of the Inquiry Commission on the collapse of the Concorde overpass in Laval. 

This site’s contents and the works conducted by the Commission are almost entirely in the French language. Given the great public interest in the works of the Commission and the possible benefits the expert testimonies given before it may have for engineers and public security across Canada and worldwide, expert testimonies are now available (audio and video) in either French or English.

To access the testimonies, please click on “Audiences” on the homepage of this website.   

Then select one of the weeks of hearings, “Semaines d’audiences”, on the right hand side of the screen.  At this point all of the files available for the hearings of the selected week will appear.  Please keep in mind that the date is presented in the format of day followed by month (dd/mm), as is customary in the French language.
